Hi, I am Tomas

I enjoy implementing robotics algorithms and deploying them on real hardware. I currently work as a Robotics Software Engineer on autonomous drones, after starting my career in industrial automation and embedded systems. Over the past years, I transitioned into robotics by completing a PhD on motion planning for static and mobile manipulators.

  • Oct 2025 | I started working as a Robotics Software Engineer at Fly4Future and MRS CVUT.
  • Oct 2025 | Our RA-L paper on Globally-Guided Geometric Fabrics was presented at IROS. Paper and code are available via our website.
  • Jun 2025 | I successfully defended my PhD thesis on motion planning and control for robotic manipulators.
  • Mar 2025 | Our paper Globally-Guided Geometric Fabrics for Reactive Mobile Manipulation in Dynamic Environments was accepted for publication in RA-L. Paper and code are available via our website.
